MeaTech 3D, a cultivated food tech company, and Umami Meats, a Singapore-based cultivated seafood company, have signed a a memorandum of understanding for the joint development of 3D-printed cultured structured seafood. According to a MeaTech company spokesperson, MeaTech will be provide the 3D printing technology and Umami Meats will be providing the cell lines for cultivation.
