The company for optimists hopes to inspire grassroots meals across the country.

Chicago-based fungi-protein company Nature’s Fynd earlier this year began collaborating with Top Chef alum Stephanie Izard on a Climate Optimist Brunch series at the Los Angeles and Chicago outposts of Izard’s Peruvian restaurant Cabra — and now the company is offering to help consumers host their own brunches.
