Singapore-based ScaleUp Bio — a joint venture between ADM and Temasek’s Nurasa, which provides B2B microbial precision fermentation facilities and services — on Wednesday announced new strategic partnerships with food-tech startups Allozymes, which provides enzymes for food processing, and Algrow Biosciences, which produces protein-based pigments from algae.
