Editor's choice: Let's stop making lab-grown meat weird

Brian Kateman, an environmental scientist and founder of the Reducetarian Foundation, wants to know: Would you prefer a raptor meatball sub or a dodo chorizo burrito? (I'll assume fries are on offer, as well.) 

It's obviously not a serious question. Not today, anyway. 

But the fact that we're asking, joking and laughing about it, Kateman argues, isn't good for the cultivated meat industry.
