Singaporean companies UMAMI Bioworks and Shiok Meats on Tuesday announced a planned merger, establishing a combined cultivated seafood company.
The newly formed company is expected to benefit from UMAMI’s production platform and Shiok’s research and know-how, with an eye toward speeding the scale of cultivated seafood.
