Combined refrigerated and frozen plant-based meat alternatives generated $92 million in the four weeks ending June 28th 2022 (“August”). Dollars, units and volume declined versus year ago levels. Dollar sales got closest, due to the inflation seen in frozen meat alternatives. Units fell 7.2% versus August 2021.
