A YouGov survey conducted on behalf of Swissveg association on vegetarians found that among more than 1,000 people living in Switzerland between the ages of 15 to 79, about one-third (31%) said they would consume products made with precision fermentation using microorganisms, while another 11% were undecided, according to a news release.
