Blended meat and mycoprotein products will soon grace dining trays in UK hospitals.
Mycoprotein maker Quorn plans to release a line of blended burgers, sausages and other products that will be part animal meat and part alt-meat, in an attempt to appeal to flexitarians who would like to reduce but not eliminate beef, pork and poultry from their diets.
