I learned something new on Wikipedia today: Protein music is “a technique where music is composed by converting protein or DNA sequences into musical notes.”

I, of course, immediately wondered: Would alt-proteins sound musically different compared to animal proteins?

I didn’t dive deep enough to get an answer, though a piece Lisa wrote a couple of years ago would imply the answer…
