San Francisco-based MISTA food innovation platform is looking to "hack" biomass fermentation at its second annual Growth Hack event, “a collaboration between 14 food-tech start-ups and eight leading global food companies aimed at enhancing biomass fermentation to deliver more nutritious, affordable and sustainable foods,” the group said in a news release.
