Sao Paulo-based Typcal last month raised funding round of R$250,000 (about US$44,600) from the Paraná Anjo Inovador program, and is touting its “mush-based” circular fermentation system that, it said, can endlessly produce mycelium as a base for plant-based meat analogues, snacks, baked goods and other foods.
