Ingredients maker secures funds to expand operations and commercialize its alt-meat flavorings.
Mediterranean Food Lab, and Israeli fermentation startup, announced earlier this week that it has raised a $17 million Series A round to scale up its production of ingredients for plant-based foods.
The round was led by Gullspång Re:food, with additional funds from PeakBridge, Arancia International and FoodBridge, among others.
