TissenBioFarm unveiled a 22-lb. cultivated meat prototype at the opening of South Korea’s first cellular agriculture hub, according to the food tech startup.
“The large chunk of marbled cultivated beef drew many visitors’ attention," the company posted of its preliminary model.
