Adults from England, Wales and Northern Ireland were surveyed about whether they’d buy and eat cultivated meat if it were available for sale in the UK today. Only 27% of those surveyed would do so — and 14% said they weren’t sure. That’s a fairly sizable portion of the population that may just need a bit more education.
