Ground beef alternatives have been around for a number of years, but plant-based “steak” is relatively new. Nasoya now sells its refrigerated Plantspired Plant-based Steak with a Korean BBQ Flavor that is marketed as “vegan” and “made with non-GMO ingredients.” It delivers 14g plant protein.
