Better Meat Co. secures partnership, raises funds

Biomass fermentation-enabled ingredient company inks big deal, looks to scale up production.

West Sacramento-based mycoprotein maker The Better Meat Co. (BMC) on Wednesday announced it has signed its largest Letter of Intent (LOI) to date with "one of South America's largest meat companies," hot on the heels of initiating a US$15 million funding round.
