Plant-based alt-meat maker Impossible Foods on Monday unveiled its Impossible Ranch concept — a cattle ranch that's being transitioned to grow plants. The alt-meat company did not purchase the ranch but is partnering with the owner to facilitate the transition away from animal agriculture.
