Three global companies collaborate on a food innovation center for alt-meat products.
Swiss food-tech company Givaudan and Swiss plant equipment manufacturer Bühler today announced they’ve partnered with food-innovation platform company MISTA to open a state-of-the-art extrusion hub at the MISTA Innovation Center in San Francisco.
