Mycelium meat maker announced its new research lab for biomass fermentation.
Singaporean holding company 70/30 Food Tech recently closed its seed-extension round of fundraising for an undisclosed amount and announced that it has opened its 70/30 Mycelium Research Lab.
The extension round received support from Better Bite Ventures and follow-on investments from its seed investors. The funds will support the launch of the Research Lab.
