Better Meat Co. cuts ribbon on its fermentation plant

Sacramento, Calif.-based Better Meat Co. has flipped the switch on its West Sacramento fermentation plant that will produce Rhiza, the company’s new mycoprotein meat analogue, the company said in a news release.
