Female-led food-tech company unleashes hybrid-capable whole-cut tech platform at event in San Francisco.
“Slaughter-free” alt-meat company Demolish Foods on Thursday revealed its new Gen3 platform, designed to produce whole cuts of alt-meat made from plant-based ingredients, cultivated cells or a combination of both.
The company said the platform “replicates the chewiness, sustained juiciness and changing mouthfeel” of conventional meat by mimicking the “hierarchical structure of meat.”
