Embattled insect protein company replaces CEO, finds funds after becoming insolvent.
French insect protein firm Ÿnsect has secured €10m in bridge funding from past investors while the company seeks a buyer. The company, which filed for insolvency in February, has said the funds will allow it to remain operational for "several months," according to reporting on European startup publication Sifted.
