Planted attracts investment

The media-for-equity deal will increase the plant-based meat maker's reach in Germany.

Kemptthal, Switzerland-based Planted has received a media-for-equity investment from SevenVentures, the investment arm of German media conglomerate ProSiebenSat.1.

Under the terms of the deal, SevenVentures will underwrite Planted via campaigns on ProSiebenSat.1's television channels and on Joyn, a streaming platform, from spring 2025 through the end of 2027. The long-term collaboration supports…
