Finland-based Nordic Umami Company, a food-tech start-up, has secured €2.6 million in a seed funding capital raise.
The round was led by the Nordic Food Tech VC and supported by Heino Group Oy, Holdix Oy Ab, Vaens Oy and Anne Soininen. The company also received an EU & Business Finland Next Generation grant.
