Israeli microalgae protein producer Brevel on Tuesday announced it has completed construction on an industrial-scale demonstration facility for making microalgae protein and has secured commercial agreements with two food and beverage companies.
The facility showcases Brevel’s proprietary technology, including a 5000 L bioreactor that can produce up to 100 kgs of dry biomass daily.
