Americans divided in attitudes toward cultivated meat: survey

Polling data makes it clear that cultivated meat is a culture war battleground.

New polling data from YouGov suggests clear divisions among American consumers in how they feel about cultivated meat products.

In response to a question about state laws that would ban "making and selling meat that is grown in a laboratory," 31% said they would support such a ban, while 36% were opposed and 32% were unsure.
