Upside Foods ‘reorganizes’, lays off workers

Cultivated meat firm reports further downsizing, restructuring in its business.

Berkeley, Calif.-based Upside Foods has confirmed reports that it laid off workers earlier this week, saying in a statement provided to Alt-Meat that, “We’ve reorganized our team and operations to focus on commercialization and scale while staying agile and efficient to meet any challenges ahead.”
