Process, technology and know-how come together in fermentation focused Nordic partnership.
Fermentation technology company Norwegian Mycelium AS (NoMy) and fermentation biomanufacturing company Fenja BioSolutions AS announced they've signed a strategic partnership to scale up mycoprotein production in the EU.
Through the partnership, Fenja will develop and deliver bespoke processing facilities, where NoMy will use local industrial and agricultural side streams and byproducts to produce sustainable protein products.
