Australia’s Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Committee has, as promised, made its report on an inquiry into how to label alt-meat products in that country that began last June. And while the participating politicians point out that its recommendations are meant to encourage the meat analogue industry as much as the conventional meat supply chain, the market payers beg to differ.
