The report, issued last week, is a Big Take on food, nutrition, Brits’ dietary preferences, climate change, food safety and sustainability. Commissioned by the government, the report’s compilation was overseen by businessman Henry Dimbleby, a former Bain & Co. consultant who co-founded the Leon restaurant chain and was director of London Union, which runs the city’s street food markets.
