CMS, iCAMP join forces for 'Alt Protein Week'

California plans an alt-protein rush in September.

The  Cultured Meat Symposium and the Integrative Center for Alternative Meat and Protein (iCAMP), at the University of California-Davis, join forces from Sept. 9-13 to offer an Alt Protein Week of events focused on novel protein production.
