Reading Alt-Meat, you’d be forgiven for thinking that cultivated meat is my absolute favorite topic to talk about. It’s not.
But I do exist in this space for at least eight hours every day, and I honestly can’t get over how much proverbial ink is regularly spilled on haters hating on something that (1) doesn’t hurt them; (2) doesn’t hurt anyone and (3) might actually eventually help some people (maybe).
