“By 2030, our routine food choices will be climate-directed,” promises a new report by Kearney, cheekily titled “Dawn of the Climavores.”
The global management consulting firm’s 2022 Earth Day Report outlined the data it collected and crunched to reach that prediction, concluding that “the companies that mobilize now will win the future of food.”
