Big Idea Ventures, a global investor in food-tech and agri-tech companies, on Tuesday announced six new investments through its Global Food Innovation Fund II. The cohort includes startups focused on fermentation-enabled fatty acids and protein-based flavors as well as novel methods for developing cultivated meat.
