Opportunities to actually dine on cultivated meat are few and far between. In this case, editor in chief Lisa M. Keefe traveled to Singapore (there are closer places, but she was there for Bridge2Food's Asia Summit, as well) and tried GOOD Meat's cultivated chicken sandwich at Huber's Bistro.
