The former VFC has added to its growing roster again with tofu maker.
The Vegan Food Group on Tuesday announced the acquisition of TOFUTOWN, a German tofu brand with €60 million (US$65 million) in revenue.
Vegan Food Group has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire all shares in the company, pending final institutional authorization. VFG reported that the purchase positions the combined entity for profitability in 2024.
