Jackfruit-focused alt-meat companies will expand reach, improve products with new funds.
Boulder, Colo.-based The Jackfruit Company and jack & annie’s on Tuesday announced the closing of a $5 million Series B extension raise. The round was led by returning investors InvestEco, Creadev and Grosvenor Food & AgTech.
