Canada's Modern Meat on the acquisition trail

Vancouver, B.C.-based Modern Meat Inc. has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of Kitskitchen Health Foods Inc., a plant-based soup company whose products are sold via grocery retailers including Fresh Street Market and Whole Foods.
